At three HAMPERS we do our best to ensure you receive the best of the Snowy Mountains in a gorgeous gift hamper however we're aware that things don't always go to plan. Please see below for our terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

We will be happy to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering, following this period, we are unable to change an order. Once the hamper has left our premises, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Refunds & exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' or if your recipient would prefer a different gift. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the gift has left our premises or if your delivery is delayed via Australia Post.

If your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please email us at three@threehampers.com.au within 24 hours of the delivery. Please include photos of damaged items for our team to review.

Product availability

three HAMPERS carefully chooses all products that go into each hamper, however from time to time some products may be unavailable for various reasons. If this is the case, we will let you know and provide a comparable alternative product of the same or more value.

Bespoke hampers

If you would like us to put together a bespoke gift hamper especially for you, please let us know the occasion, your budget and preferences and we will be delighted to create the perfect hamper for you.

Alcohol

under Australian Law we are only able to sell gift hampers containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18.

Payment

We require payment prior to delivery. Through our online payment portal, we accept the following payment methods. 

• credit card – we accept Visa and MasterCard 
• Apple Pay and Google Pay. all card details are protected with Stripe.
• direct to three HAMPERS bank account using details provided at checkout - please use your order number as reference. note: hampers will not be sent until payment is received and matched with your order.

Authority to leave 

If you provide an 'authority to leave' for your hamper gift delivery, three HAMPERS is not responsible for the loss or damage of hampers once delivery has been completed.

International orders

We love to receive orders from Australia and overseas! If you wish to have a hamper delivered overseas, please email us at three@threehampers.com.au so we can make arrangements,

Photographs

All imagery used within this website is owned by three HAMPERS, and permission to use is required for any form of reproduction. Some items included within our photographs have been used for styling purposes and are not provided as part of the hamper.
