How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our secure payment gateway, Stripe.
You can also email us for bespoke orders and order enquires three@threehampers.com.au
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have selected 'complete your order' at our online checkout, your order will be placed placed.
If you are paying through our online portal, your order will be confirmed once your payment is processed. If you are paying via direct debit, your order will be confirmed once we receive your payment and match it to your order (please use your order number as reference).
The checkout page will refresh to show your order number and you will also be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided when placing your order.
Can I order multiple gifts to be made into one big hamper?
Yes! Please let us know in the 'special instructions' area at checkout that you wish to combine your hampers into one large gift and we will advise you of postage costs.
Can I customise my hamper order?
Yes you can! Please contact our team via email three@threehampers.com.au additional charges may apply.
We will require 24-48 hours’ notice for bespoke customised hampers.
Can I add a gift card message?
Yes, when ordering online there is a 'personalised gift message' field to fill in.
Your gift card message will be printed in a small gift card, exactly as you have typed it – please make sure you include who the gift is from in your message.
Can I provide special instructions when ordering online?
Yes, when ordering online if you have any specific delivery requests or product swap requests you can use the 'special instructions' field at checkout.
We will always try out hardest to meet your special requests, please provide a phone number in case we need to talk to you to chat about your bespoke order.
How will my hamper be presented?
Your three HAMPER gift will be delivered within a black hamper box, with each item packaged carefully to ensure breakage does not occur, please note, you may need to remove honeycomb padding on certain glass items within the hamper.

What payment methods do you take?
Through our online payment portal, we accept the following payment methods.
Note: hampers will not be sent until payment is received and matched to your order
When do you deliver?
Snowy Mountains and Sapphire Coast regional areas – we deliver via our in-house courier service Monday to Friday and on weekends by arrangement.
Everywhere else – via Australia Post from Monday to Friday.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We can deliver in the local areas of the Snowy Mountains and Sapphire Coast for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and corporate orders.
Do you deliver same day?
We may be able to, depending on your location, please ask us three@threehampers.com.au
How long will my delivery take?
Regional NSW – Australia Post – 3 to 5 business days*
Interstate – Australia Post 5 to 7 business days*
*please note we cannot guarantee delivery days with Australia Post & during busy times these times may vary.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery via Australia Post is $20 per hamper
Express delivery via Australia Post is $25 per hamper
Local delivery within the Snowy Mountains or Sapphire Coast region, when available, is free of charge.
Do you deliver to post boxes?
Yes, via Australia Post.
Do you supply tracking number for gifts sent with Australia Post?
Yes, we can email a tracking number to the sender of the gift so you can track your order and delivery.
three HAMPERS does not track individual hampers sent via Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can, please email us with details so we can arrange three@threehampers.com.au
How do I know when the hamper I ordered has been delivered?
Once you complete your online order, you will receive an email confirming your order is confirmed. Once your order has been delivered, you will also receive an email confirming delivery.
What if no one is at home when the hamper is delivered?
We will dispatch your hamper via Australia Post, which will allow you to provide permission for the hamper to be left in a safe place – you may specify where to leave the gift when ordering online.
If it is not suitable to leave the hamper, or you have not provided permission for your hamper to be left, a pickup card will be left for your recipient to collect the parcel from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
What happens if I supply the wrong address for delivery?
If you provide an incorrect address at the checkout, please email us asap with the correct delivery address details. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update delivery details and confirm this with you. Once the order has been shipped, the order will be delivered as per your instructions, and we do not accept responsibility for errors in the delivery address.
If the order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address and you supply the correct address details and we can redeliver the hamper, note: a redelivery charge may apply.
If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the hamper is returned to us, once the correct delivery address is supplied, we can redeliver however a redelivery charge will apply.
All redelivery charges are required to be paid before redelivery occurs.
Hampers returned to us via Australia Post will incur a ‘return to sender’ fee of $15AUD in addition to the delivery fee.
Will all my ordered items arrive together?
If your hamper is dispatched via Australia Post there is a chance multiple parcels may not arrive on the same day.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has yet not been dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order however once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Please contact us via email three@threehampers.com.au to cancel your order and issue a refund if possible.
